NGO "Association for Democratic Development" in partnership with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in Ukraine is implementing a project to support the livelihoods of IDPs and the war-affected local rural population among the vulnerable categories of the Shostka and Yampol territorial communities of Sumy region.
The amount of the allowance is 37,000.00 hryvnas per household.
The funds received as part of the project should be used for the purchase of goods necessary for agricultural activities, including: fertilizers, agricultural tools, livestock, animal feed, basic equipment and other necessary agricultural goods.
Households from among IDPs who have moved to Shostkin and Yampil communities after the beginning of a full-scale invasion, households from among the local countryside population, що they belong to vulnerable categories of the population and use residential land areas of a size between 0.05 and 0.8 ha.
The right to own/use a plot of land must be documented: a certificate of ownership; extract from the State Register of Property Rights to immovable property; contract of sale, donation, inheritance; certificate of actual residence and farming from the old status, etc.
Initial selection criteria:
● Households cultivating plots of land between 0.05 and 0.8 hectares (500–8000 m²))
● IDPs who suffered as a result of Russia's war against Ukraine after February 2022
● Part of the non-displaced population whose households include persons with disabilities, chronic diseases or the elderly
● Single parents with children under 18 years of age
● Households with three or more children
●Households that have not received similar assistance from ADD/NRC or other humanitarian organizations in the past 3 months
● Only one application per family
When considering applications, preference will be given to households from among IDPs and the local population living in rural areas .
Households that have received similar assistance from ADD/NRC or other humanitarian organizations during the last 3 months cannot participate in the project.
