1325 Implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 "Women, Peace, Security" is part of the modern history of Ukraine.
New tools for localization of the National Action Plan 1325 "Women, Peace, Security", prepared by the Ukrainian Women's Fund, Український Жіночий Фонд / Ukrainian Women's Fund presented online for representatives of the authorities and the public who work with agenda 1325 in different regions of Ukraine.
During the event, the book "Navigator 1325" was presented, the website was updated 1325ukraine.org.ua and the methodological manual "NAP 1325 Localization Tools", as well as their practical use to support the activities of regional coalitions and other interested parties.
Урядова уповноважена з ґендерної політики Катерина Левченко she emphasized that the book "Navigator 1325" not only summarizes the Ukrainian experience in this field of activity, but also demonstrates to the whole world the experience of our resistance. The relevance and importance of this topic is evidenced by the fact that the event gathered a wide audience - almost 500 participants. Representatives of the "Chernihiv Oblast 1325" Coalition joined the presentation.
The event is organized in partnership with the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy with the support of the governments of Great Britain, the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Canada.
