NGO "Association of Democratic Development" announces recruitment for a vacancy within the framework of a new project implemented in partnership with the international organization ZOA.
This multisectoral project is aimed at providing comprehensive support to the population affected by the armed conflict in the Chernihiv region (Novgorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv and Koryukivskyi districts).
Jobs MEAL Officer (Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist)📍 Location: Chernihiv region

main responsibilities:
🔹 Selection of beneficiaries:
Conducting a vulnerability criteria compliance assessment
Ensuring transparency and reasonableness of selection
🔹 Quality control of project implementation:
Monitoring the implementation of planned targets and indicators
Evaluation of the effectiveness of measures and the impact of the project
🔹 Мониторинг та ПДМ (Пост-Дистрибьюшн Моніторинг):
Collection and analysis of data on the use of support by beneficiaries
Formation of reporting on results and impact
🔹 Communication with beneficiaries:
Providing advice and support
Clarification of conditions of participation and opportunities
🔹 Feedback processing:
Working with complaints, requests and suggestions
Provision of a response mechanism to appeals
🔹 Requirements for the candidate/a:
Work experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation of humanitarian projects, projects of the non-governmental sector or social projects
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods and tools (eg questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, etc.).
Experience with data, analytical tools and programs.
Ability to analyze information and formulate recommendations based on results.
Ability to work with different types of reporting and documentation.
High communication skills to collaborate with different teams and donors.
Attention to detail, organization
Ability to work independently and meet certain deadlines
