NGO "Association of Democratic Development" announces recruitment for a vacancy within the framework of a new project implemented in partnership with the international organization ZOA.
This multisectoral project is aimed at providing comprehensive support to the population affected by the armed conflict in the Chernihiv region (Novgorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv and Koryukivskyi districts).
Vacancy: Facilitator
📍 Location: Chernihiv region
📍 Type of employment: Partial
🔹 main responsibilities:
Support of local CSOs and ISs at all stages of the project
Assistance in completing questionnaires, planning the budget and preparing proposals for measures
Facilitating the official registration of volunteer status
Monitoring of community needs and coordination of actions with authorities
Collection and verification of financial and descriptive statements of project participants (in cooperation with the accountant)
🔹 Requirements for the candidate/a:
✅ Work experience in the field of public initiatives or social projects
✅ Ability to work with documentation and compile reports
✅ Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
✅ Community needs analysis and strategic planning skills
✅ Responsibility, organization and ability to work independently
✨ Experience working with non-profit organizations will be an advantage
✨ Performance of duties in compliance with the principles of gender sensitivity and zero policy tolerance of sexual exploitation and abuse
