The networking of the Impulse Collaboration Camp was attended by the head of the NGO "Association of Democratic Development" Anna Nikolenko-Bayieva and her deputy Iryna Kulyk.

After all, the NGO implements the project "Detection, prevention and response to security challenges in territorial communities of Chernihiv region". It is a component of the "Impulse" project, implemented by the International Renaissance Foundation and the "Eastern Europe" Foundation.

The event, which gathered representatives of the public sector from different regions of Ukraine in Truskavets, aimed to create a space for professional exchange, strengthening inter-organizational interaction and developing the capacity of participants in the areas of partnerships, fundraising, communication and management of charitable initiatives.

It was also about supporting sustainable professional ties between the winning organizations of the Impulse project grant competitions, exchanging practical experience, familiarizing themselves with international approaches in the charitable sector, and developing skills in attracting resources, building a reputation and effective communication of charitable projects.

Discussions about the charitable sector in Ukraine and abroad, international principles and practices of working in attracting additional sources of financing, cooperation with business became especially useful and interesting for our NGO.

No less important were discussions about building trust and building the reputation of NGOs, communication of charitable projects and involvement of influencers in cooperation.

The material was prepared within the framework of the project "Empowerment of civil society for the sustainability and recovery of Ukraine ("Impulse")", which is implemented by the International Renaissance Foundation together with the Eastern Europe Foundation with funding from Norway (Norad) and Sweden (Sida).
