Advanced training for a deeper understanding of inclusion.

Children's spaces working in the Zlatopil, Novovodolaz and Tomakiv communities within the PROMESSA project unite highly qualified specialists who are constantly developing professionally.

Teams of space staff participated in the three-day training on "Community-level child protection mechanisms and inclusion of persons with disabilities", held in the capital and organized by TDH Italy to strengthen teams of children's spaces. The trainer was Abeer Jawad - a child protection expert and inclusion advisor.

This training for trainers is designed for social workers, facilitators, case managers and child protection professionals who work with children and families in difficult life situations.

Its goal — is to strengthen the ability of participants to conduct trainings on community-based child protection mechanisms and inclusive approaches for children with disabilities. The training used participatory, reflective and practical educational approaches, including group work, development of thematic scenarios, facilitation practice and interactive discussions.
