The action plan requires attention to detail! In Kulikivka, the draft document is being prepared for consideration by local deputies.
A working meeting on finalizing the Action Plan, taking into account the Report on the results of the community security audit, was held in the Kulikiv settlement council of the Chernihiv region.
A detailed study of the public space in Kulikivka took place within the framework of the project "Detection, prevention and response to security challenges in territorial communities of Chernihiv region", which is implemented by the NGO "Association of Democratic Development", and it is a component of the "Impulse" project, which is implemented by the International Foundation "Renaissance" and IBO "Fund "Eastern Europe".
During the meeting, the working group considered the consolidated text of the Action Plan, taking into account previous amendments. Members of the working group, which unites representatives of the authorities, the public, the police, the State Emergency Service, distributed the measures included in the plan by time — short-term, medium-term, permanent. Measurable indicators of success for each event were determined. They also analyzed sources of funding, opportunities for allocating money from local, regional and state budgets, as well as attracting donor funds and grants.
As a result of the meeting, the general budget burden and prioritization of activities were agreed in plenary. And they reached a final consensus on the draft Action Plan. It is planned that the draft document will be submitted to the session of the village council for consideration in the near future.
