Close systemic cooperation exists in Chernihiv between organizations and institutions


  Close systematic cooperation exists in the Chernihiv region between organizations and institutions belonging to the Coalition "Chernihiv 1325," within the framework of the implementation of the regional action plan for the implementation of the UN Security Council resolution   "Women. Peace. Safety. " 

  The coalition "Chernihiv 1325" has a positive and effective experience of cooperation between NGOs and state institutions. 40% of Coalition representatives are state institutions. 

   In addition, representatives of 11 institutions-members of the Coalition are members of the consultative and advisory bodies at the Chernihiv OVA. Last year, public organizations additionally attracted UAH 2.2 million to implement the regional action plan.

   The coalition "Chernihiv 1325" was formed in the summer of 2023 with the aim of consolidating joint actions to localize in the Chernihiv region the UN Security Council Resolution 1325 "Women, Peace, Security" and the National Action Plan for its implementation with the support of the ICF Ukrainian Women's Fund/Ukrainian Women's Fund and the assistance of the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy in the region. The Coalition currently includes 30 organizations and institutions. 

The coalition is active, cooperates with state authorities of all levels, local governments, systematically holds meetings of the composition and organizes various training trainings.

The Coalition's activities are supported by the UK Government through the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office of the United Kingdom
