The training "Fundamentals of first aid in an emergency situation" was held in the Novobilouska community as part of the project "Detection, prevention and response to security challenges in territorial communities of the Chernihiv region", implemented by the "Association for Democratic Development".
Participants learned how to stop bleeding, help with fractures, perform artificial respiration and indirect heart massage, how to act in other critical situations, saving adults and children. Trainers provided theoretical knowledge, but placed special emphasis on practice. The training was held in cooperation with the Educational and Methodological Center of Civil Protection and Life Safety of Chernihiv Region.
Theoretical and practical first aid skills are important for everyone. After all, it is about the ability to save lives in emergency situations. This knowledge and skill becomes a vital necessity in times of war, even for those in the rear.
