"Art Therapy Training for the Women of the Kipti Community"

We continue to tell girls and women how to use art therapy methods to overcome stress and stabilize the emotional state. Recently, a meeting was held for residents of the Kipti community.

We are always happy when participants take an active part in the event. Exercises that were chosen for them by a qualified psychologist Elena Antonenko, participants can independently perform at home or at the workplace.

Mrs. Olena shared her thoughts on the training: "I am very glad that I had the opportunity to conduct this training for women from the Kipti community. Art therapy is an effective method that can help people cope with stress, anxiety and other emotional difficulties. I hope that the knowledge and skills that the women gained in this training will help them improve their emotional well-being and build a more stress-resistant life. "

The project "Collective memory on the War in Chernihiv Region" is supported by the Partnership for the Sustainability of Ukraine Foundation, which is funded by the governments of Great Britain, Canada, the Netherlands, the United States of America, Finland, Switzerland and Sweden.
