In the Kulikiv community, the working group is preparing a report based on the results of the security audit.
Representatives and representatives of the working group discussed the draft report based on the results of the security audit in the Kulikiv settlement council. This community is a participant in the project "Detection, prevention and response to security challenges in territorial communities of Chernihiv region", which is implemented by the NGO "Association of Democratic Development", and it is a component of the "Impulse" project, implemented by the International Renaissance Foundation and the IBO "Eastern Europe Foundation".
During the meeting, the working group considered the structure of the formed document, in particular, how the data of official statistics, three focus group studies and five in-depth interviews are included in the report. The main conclusions on key security sectors are presented.
In addition, the participants of the meeting formed and discussed security recommendations based on the SMART — principle, specific, measurable, realistic. Special attention was paid to whether these recommendations can really be implemented in the Kulikiv community.
Perhaps the most important development of the meeting was the development of specific measures for each of the recommendations, clarifying the executors, approximate terms of implementation of changes and potential sources of funding.
