During 16 days of activism against gender-based violence in Spaces for Children "Pearl" and "Take Care of Me," we held several information events.
On them, children and adolescents learned more about various forms of manipulation, violence and how to recognize them. They learned to defend their borders, learned where to turn for help. Participants shared their thoughts, feelings and experiences.
In the spaces of "Pearl" and "Take care of me," information stands were designed and booklets with useful information about various forms of violence, contacts of support services and advice were distributed.
The events take place within the framework of the project "TAKE CARE OF ME - Support for Children and Parents Affected by the War in Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Kherson Regions," implemented by the Association for Democratic Development NGO together with the Foundation Terre des Hommes Italia, Educational Foundation MriyDiy, SOS Children'sVillages Ukraine for funding Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo - AICS Kiev
