The government approved the National Action Plan for the Implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 "Women, Peace, Security" until 2030. How will this affect the activities of the Coalition "Chernihivshchyna 1325", what issues and problems are reflected in the regional action plan and how the coalition works in the communities of the region –, the head of the secretariat of the Coalition "Chernihivshchyna 1325" Anna Nikolenko-Bayeva, deputy head of the public organization "Association of Democratic Development" Iryna Kulyk and head of the public organization "Union of Women of Chernihiv Oblast" Tetyana Roeva spoke about this on the air of Ukrainian Radio Chernihiv.

The "Chernihiv Oblast 1325" coalition was formed in the summer of 2023 with the aim of consolidating joint actions on the localization of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 "Women, Peace, Security" and the National Action Plan for its implementation in the Chernihiv region with the support of the Ukrainian Women's Fund and the assistance of the Office of the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy in the region. Today, 35 organizations and institutions belong to the Coalition in the region.
