Having theoretical and practical first aid skills is important for each of us. After all, it is about the ability to save your life or others in emergency situations. This knowledge and skills become vital during the war, even for those who are in the rear.
The training "Fundamentals of First Aid in Case of Emergency" was held in Ivanovo hromada within the framework of the project "Detection, Prevention and Response to Security Challenges in Territorial Communities of Chernihiv Region," implemented by the "Association for Democratic Development".
Participants learned how to stop bleeding, help with fractures, do artificial respiration and indirect heart massage, how to act in other critical situations, saving adults and children. Trainers provided theoretical knowledge, but special emphasis was placed on practice. The training was conducted in cooperation with the Educational and Methodological Center for Civil Protection and Life Safety of the Chernihiv Region.
