Knowledge and skills save lives! This, without exaggeration, can be said about pre-medical care trainings.
Representatives of our team updated their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in pre-medical (first aid). After all, both during war and in peacetime, this knowledge and skills are critically important, and the life and health of acquaintances or even strangers may depend on them.
And for the "Association for Democratic Development" team, this training is especially relevant, as the team often has to work in border communities. The main topics of the classes were cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency conditions, as well as assistance for injuries. Particular attention was paid to the recognition of signs and help with stroke, heart attack, convulsions.
In addition, the MARCH protocol was developed, where M - massive bleeding, A - respiratory tract, R - chest integrity, C - blood circulation, H - head and eye injuries.
After the training, colleagues can apply turnstiles, stop bleeding in other ways, know what should be in the first-aid kit and how to use everything in practice. After all, awareness allows you to be secure. The training took place within the framework of the project of the charitable organization "Charitable Foundation "Right to Protection", within the framework of the Duty of Care component. We are sincerely grateful to the partners who take care of the appropriate level of safety of our organization's personnel during the performance of official duties in high-risk areas.
