Implemented within the framework of the project "Women, Peace, Security: Responses to the Challenges of War," implemented by the ICF "Ukrainian Women's Fund" with the support of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Partner organizations

Project involved:

1) Organization and conduct of trainings (First psychological assistance and self-help in crisis situations; Psychological assistance to children) in 6 communities of the Chernihiv region;

2) Preparation and publication of booklets on first psychological aid and self-help, which were distributed during the trainings, as well as in community institutions;

3) Special equipment was purchased for the psychological service of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in the region, which was used during the trainings, as well as in the future - to provide psychological assistance to victims in crisis situations. The equipment was transferred to the balance of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in the region and is used for its intended purpose;

4) Holding a meeting of the "round table" in Chernihiv, dedicated to the work of psychologists in community institutions, the purpose of which is to exchange experience and improve the activities of specialists on the ground.
