Yesterday in Chernihiv, representatives of Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo ― AICS Kyiv and the Terre des Hommes Italia in Ukraina Foundation met with partner organizations of the Association for Democratic Development, MriyDiy Educational Foundation and ICO "CF" SOS Children's Towns "Ukraine. The meeting was in Chernihiv Space for Children" Take care of me. " We presented the project achievements to the partners and discussed plans for the future with them. In addition, they visited Chernihiv secondary school No. 20, in which the partner organization MriyDiy Educational Foundation implements a component of the project that is relevant for Chernihiv children. They are working to restore educational losses in children with a focus on the Ukrainian language, mathematics and project management.
Recall that the spaces for children "Take care of me" (Chernihiv) and "Pearl" (New Vodolaga, Kharkiv region) were created within the framework of the project "Take care of me - Support for children and parents affected by the war in Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Kherson regions." Teams of psychologists and social specialists in these spaces work with children aged 4 to 17 years. They conduct classes on psychosocial support for children and their parents (guardians), developmental and unloading activities and individual psychological consultations.
