NGO "Association of Democratic Development" within the framework of the project "Detection, prevention and response to security challenges in territorial communities of Chernihiv region" ("Empowerment of civil society opportunities for resilience and recovery of Ukraine", implemented by the International Renaissance Foundation with the support of the Norwegian Agency for Development and Cooperation (NORAD) together with the Swedish International Agency for Development Cooperation (SIDA) announces a request for price proposals for the purchase of expert services/-and planning of strategic development and operational activities of the Organization.
As a result, we expect to receive a strategic plan for the development of the organization for the next 3 years and an operational plan for the organization's activities for 1 year.
The main duties of an expert:
- preliminary discussion with management regarding the format, content and principles of creating the strategic plan of the organization for 2026-2028;
- development of a detailed methodology (design) of a two-day offline strategic session with a clear distribution of time, activities and work methods;
- conducting (facilitating) a two-day offline strategic session with the organization's team;
- facilitating analysis and possible review of the organization's values, vision and mission, taking into account the current context of activities;
- ensuring the collective work of the participants on the formulation of strategic goals, relevant tasks and measures with specific indicators of achievement and performance evaluation criteria;
- development of a scale for evaluating the implementation of the strategic plan;
- conducting a SWOT analysis of the Organization;
- conducting online meetings with the organization's team to finalize the draft strategic plan for the development of the organization for the period 2026-2028 and the operational plan for 2026.;
- preparation of the expert's report and other reporting documentation on the strategic session, as well as the organization's strategic development plan for 2026-2028 and operational plan for 2026.
Contractor qualification requirements:
- Compulsory registration by a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur. (FOP 3 taxation group)
- Availability of appropriate KVEDs.
- Experience in providing supervisor/moderator/facilitator services.
- Experience working with a group and conducting individual counseling.
- Experience in conducting trainings or consulting on the relevant topic
- Higher education (psychological, social work).
- Experience in conducting strategic sessions
Additional requirements: All related costs (accommodation, food, transport costs) must be included in the cost of services.
Сonditions:
- A service agreement will be signed between the customer and the contractor, which will detail the terms of cooperation.
- 100% postpaid.
- Payment terms: non-cash payment.
Composition of the package of proposal documents:
The participant provides the organizer with the following documents:
- A copy of the document confirming state registration;
- A copy of the document confirming the tax status;
- Summary indicating relevant experience;
- Certificates or other documents confirming qualification;
- Price offer in an arbitrary form.
