I am happy to share my impressions of a series of wonderful meetings that took place in the space for children "Pearl" in Novi Vodolaga in Kharkiv region. We believe that happy and confident parents are the key to the harmonious development of children 
Our meetings were a great opportunity for mothers whose children visit the space, plunge into self-knowledge and receive psychological support.
At the meetings, they considered their role in the lives of loved ones and tried to better understand their own needs. With the help of art-therapeutic methods, such as metaphorical associative maps and dolls, psychologists helped them find an internal resource, highlight strengths and realize their deep identity.
A separate lesson was devoted to the search for happiness. Participants were waiting for an atmosphere of warmth, trust and female support, deep exercises for self-knowledge, work with metaphorical maps, art techniques for harmonizing the internal state and practice of relaxation.
Also, the girls discovered the secrets of a happy relationship. They investigated why some couples understand each other from half a word, while others seem to speak different languages. Through interactive practices, participants learned to express feelings so that they really touched the heart, and better understand the roles we play in relationships..
"Reclaim yourself," find a resource, recover and feel your strength. At these meetings, mothers with psychologists discussed why so often people care about everyone, but forget about themselves, and what helps not only to survive, but to live with love for themselves.
These meetings were not only useful and interesting, but also an opportunity to take a step towards a better understanding of yourself.
