New friends, communication, self-confidence, development of leadership qualities - all this is about opportunities for teenagers in the children's spaces "Pearl" in the Novovodolaz community, "Kryla" in the Zlatopil community and "Zherelo" in the Tomakiv community. Accompanied by psychologists, children aged 15-17 receive comprehensive psychosocial assistance and support, which contributes to their development and personality formation.
Lev Kozakov is 16 years old and visits the "Pearl" space in Novaya Vodolaz. The guy says that the most important thing for him in space is communication and new friends. Always attends classes with a good mood and pleasure.
Sisters Kateryna and Anastasia Medintsev visit the children's space "Kryla" in the Zlatopil community. Girls like meetings with friends and activities in spaces, as well as psychologists who find a common language with them.
Classes in spaces take place in various forms - trainings and games, which allows teenagers to switch from the main educational activity.
This is a place of tolerance and mutual understanding. The main emphasis is the development of communication skills based on social and emotional intelligence, building relationships that are comfortable for the teenager and his environment.
And a separate cycle of classes for teenagers is dedicated to leadership in children's spaces. After all, the topic of leadership is especially relevant, as it is about psychological maturity, the ability to take initiative, make decisions, and take responsibility. In addition, work in a team and, in fact, create a team and distribute roles.
Developing leadership qualities is about the future of boys and girls. After all, these qualities allow teenagers to confidently move towards the goal, realize themselves, critically evaluate their own defeats and successes, and appreciate the support of their people nearby.
