NGO "Association of Democratic Development" announces recruitment for vacancies within the framework of a new project implemented in partnership with the international organization ZOA.

This multisectoral project is aimed at providing comprehensive support to the population affected by the armed conflict in the Chernihiv region (Novgorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv and Koryukivskyi districts).

Vacancy: Project manager

📍 Location: Chernihiv region 

 📍 Type of employment: Partial

🔹 main responsibilities:

• Planning and organization of project activities

• Communication with partners, stakeholders and contractors

• Interaction with representatives of NGOs, initiative groups and project participants

• Compilation of narrative reporting and analysis of completed tasks

🔹 Requirements for the candidate/a:
✅ Higher education
✅ Experience in project management and process coordination (from 3 years)
✅ Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
✅ Strategic planning and analysis skills
✅ Experience with documents, reporting and analytics
✅ Ability to work independently and meet certain deadlines
✅ Analytical abilities and attention to detail
✅ On

✨ Experience working with non-profit organizations will be an advantage
✨ Performance of duties in compliance with the principles of gender sensitivity and the policy of zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse
