NGO "Association of Democratic Development" announces recruitment for vacancies within the framework of a new project implemented in partnership with the international organization ZOA.
This multisectoral project is aimed at providing comprehensive support to the population affected by the armed conflict in the Chernihiv region (Novgorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv and Koryukivskyi districts).
Vacancy: Project Officer
📍 Location: Chernihiv region
Type of employment: Full
🔹 main responsibilities:
Organization of registration of beneficiaries within MPCA, AgroKit та GCT Household assessment for AgroKit, determination of needs in agriculture
Analysis of vulnerability levels and preparation of individual budgetsAgroKit
Preparation and systematization of information for drawing up contracts
Managing the beneficiary database and downloading vulnerability documentation
Receiving reports from beneficiaries on livelihood-related activities
Communication and support to beneficiaries
🔹 Requirements for the candidate/a:
- Availability of FOP (group 3)
- Higher education
- Ability to analyze data, compile reports and work with databases (from 3 years)
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to strategic planning and organization of activities
Experience with documents, reporting and analytics
Ability to work independently and meet certain deadlines
Analytical abilities and attention to detail
✨ Experience working with non-profit organizations will be an advantage
✨ Performance of duties in compliance with the principles of gender sensitivity and zero policy tolerance of sexual exploitation and abuse
