NGO "Women. Community. Changes "implements a grant project"Resilience is the ability to change," supported by ZOA in Ukraine in partnership with the Association for Democratic Development.
The project aims to strengthen the resilience and social cohesion of the residents of Kulikivshchyna affected by the war by developing self-help skills, expanding opportunities to respond to their own needs and creating conditions for overcoming economic and social challenges. 80 residents of Kulikivshchyna (IDPs, socially vulnerable categories, youth, older people, social workers) will be trained in training programs.
20 young people have already taken part in a two-day leadership school held in late March. Boys and girls received practical skills in self-development, teamwork, initiation of public projects, motivation for active participation in community life.
In general, participants of the project will learn to recognize and manage stress, increase the level of psychological stability.
The international organization ZOA in Ukraine in partnership with the NGO "Association for Democratic Development" is implementing a grant program, according to which 11 public organizations and initiative groups selected on a competitive basis received financial support to implement their ideas.
