On October 13, the spaces "Take care of me" in Chernihiv and "Pearl" in Novaya Vodolaga in the Kharkiv region became the place of a real miracle. The children, along with the Italian artist Jean Philippe and the clown Uzzo, drew, communicated and rested. During a master class with Jean Philippe, who connected from Italy, children painted flags symbolizing wonder, hope and resilience.
During this meeting, teams of psychologists and social specialists helped children in the spaces.
Drawings are unique, because every child has invested their dreams in them. The flags will be part of the IntegrArte exhibition in Milan.
Such a meeting was made possible thanks to the work of the project "IntegrArte" (VITAWORLD, VITAUKR, Terre des hommes Italia)
Recall that the spaces for children "Take care of me" and "Pearl" work with children aged 4 to 17 years and conduct activities for psychosocial support, developmental and unloading, consultations with a psychologist for parents and children.
The Save Me project is being implemented by the Association for Democratic Development NGO with the support of the TER DES OM ITALIA Foundation with AICS funding. It was created in order to strengthen mental health and improve social adaptation of children and their families affected by the war in Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
