Representatives of Chernihiv Oblast joined the national dialogue "Women's Humanitarian Leadership" held in Kyiv Oblast.

The head of the secretariat of the Coalition "Chernihivshchyna 1325", the head of the NGO "Association of Democratic Development" Anna Nikolenko-Bayeva and the lawyer, the head of the NGO "Advocacy of Women's Interests" Tetyana Korenkova took part in an event dedicated to the issues of women's humanitarian leadership, feminist movements and their role in the formation of a peaceful and sustainable society.

Leaders from different regions of Ukraine, united by common values, discussed the challenges of the ongoing war and the importance of dialogue as a tool for peace and creating the future. It was also about unity, interaction and the importance of taking into account the different experiences of women in building sustainable communities. After all, women's leadership is about the ability to create ideas, implement them, take responsibility and achieve change.

In emergency situations, it is women who become the driving force of the response. First of all, it is a gender-sensitive response that takes into account the needs of different people; ecological and empathic approach; strengthening organizations and people through connections and networking.

The event became a powerful platform for exchanging ideas and creating joint solutions and projects for the development of women's humanitarian leadership in Ukraine.
