Security challenges and invincible resilience of Ukrainian communities go hand in hand every day in war conditions. This is the time when shelling of civilians prompts analysis and concrete actions. 

The founding meeting of the working group on the development of an up-to-date action plan, taking into account the report based on the results of the security audit, took place in the Minsk community in Chernihiv region.

 This community is a participant in the project "Detection, prevention and response to security challenges in territorial communities of Chernihiv region", which is implemented by the NGO "Association of Democratic Development", and it is a component of the "Impulse" project, which is implemented by the International Renaissance Foundation and the IBO Foundation "Eastern Europe.

 The participants of the working group, consisting of representatives of local authorities, the police, the State Emergency Service and the public, discussed the main algorithms for the development of the Action Plan and the road map of the group's work.

Reference was also made to the main results of the community-based security audit: key challenges, community risk map analysis, threats to civilians and the most vulnerable zones/groups. The information received is essential for the Action Plan, work on which is still under way.
