NGO "Association of Democratic Development" within the framework of the implementation of the project "Detection, prevention and response to security challenges in territorial communities of Chernihiv region" (№G56186 dated 14.01.2026) announces a tender for the purchase of office stationery and handouts for carrying out activities within the project.

Deadline for submission of tenders: до 17.00 22.03.2026
Term of provision of goods/services: inclusive until January 31, 2027 from the date of signing the Agreement.
Requirements for potential service providers:
- positive experience of cooperation with public organizations and charitable foundations;
- possibility of making calculations without VAT;
- no tax liability;
- is not the subject of legal proceedings and bankruptcy or liquidation procedures;
- non-involvement in terrorist and/or criminal activities and lack of relation to persons and/or organizations associated with terrorist and/or criminal activities.
Composition of the package of proposal documents:
The tenderer shall provide the organizer with the following documents:
- A copy of the document confirming state registration;
- A copy of the document confirming the tax status;
- Appendix 1 – Purchase form; (Appendix 1 Purchase form канцприладдя)
- Appendix 3 – Compliance letter. (Annex 3 Letter of compliance)
Tender procedures

Tenders that fully meet the conditions of this tender announcement are allowed to participate in the selection of tenders.
Tenders must be valid and will not be subject to changes by the tenderers who submitted them until the full completion of the provision of services/works/transfer of goods.
Tender documents must be drawn up in Ukrainian, signed by an authorized person of the participant and certified with a seal (if available) and sent to e-mail: demokrat_rozvitok@ukr.net.
All tenders received by the organizer after the deadline for their submission, namely after 5:00 p.m 22.03.2026 year, will not be considered.
The determination of the winner of the tender will take place by the tender organizer after the financial and technical assessment of the proposed tenders in accordance with the essential selection criteria (conditions) specified in this tender announcement, but no later than 24.03.2026 року.
The results of the tender will be notified by the organizer to the tenderers by sending appropriate e-mail messages within no more than three working days from the date of the decision to determine the winners.
