Іnfosessions in basements, events in the light of lanterns - conditions in which women's and human rights organizations of the Chernihiv region, which are part of the "Chernihiv Region 1325" Coalition, often work today. Despite the difficulties and challenges, each of them continues their activities, supporting, inspiring women, taking care of their motivation and development.
The final meeting of the Coalition was held in Chernihiv, during which the participants summed up their activities in 2025.

Representatives of organizations shared their successes and achievements. Among them are trainings and training, opening spaces for women in communities, psycho-social support for victims of violence and the consequences of war, stimulation of micro-enterprise, etc. "The activities of each of the organizations and the entire Coalition inspire not to stop and motivate us to move forward", emphasized Anna Nikolenko-Bayeva, head of the secretariat of the Chernihiv Oblast 1325 Coalition.

The "Chernihiv Oblast 1325" coalition was formed in the summer of 2023 with the aim of consolidating joint actions on the localization of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 "Women, Peace, Security" and the National Action Plan for its implementation in the Chernihiv region with the support of the Ukrainian Women's Fund and the assistance of the Office of the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy in the region. Today, 35 organizations and institutions belong to the Coalition in the region.
The association actively operates, cooperates with state authorities of all levels and local self-government, systematically holds meetings of the composition and organizes various events and trainings.
