   The forum on the exchange of experience of public organizations was held in Kyiv, initiated and supported by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

   The event brought together more than fifty representatives of non-governmental organizations. NGO "Association of Democratic Development" was represented at the forum by the deputy head of the organization Iryna Kulyk.

   The forum was opened by Jessica Preston, coordinator of the department for localization and work with executive partners of IOM, who outlined the main vectors and strategic goals of the international organization's programs. After all, the IOM strategy determines the directions of cooperation with Ukrainian partners. Massimo La Rosa, senior adviser on humanitarian issues and social protection specialist, EU, also congratulated the participants of the forum. 

   According to Iryna Kulyk, the program of the meeting was diverse and included important topics for public organizations, taking into account the current trends in the development of the public sector in the conditions of war. It was, in particular, about effective communication, writing grant applications and cooperation with donors, algorithms for building partnerships with business and writing a strategy for NGOs. 

"The forum became a place for the exchange of experience and ideas, a platform for establishing contacts for future cooperation", she said.

  One of the important results of the event was the formation of a wave of trends in the public sector. Heads of public organizations, participants of the forum worked out in real time the key trends currently observed in the public sector and together formulated a wave of trends of Ukrainian civil society.
