Training on providing psychological first aid to participants in the educational process

   We are pleased to share with you important news about a series of successful trainings on providing first psychological aid and psychosocial support to participants in the educational process in the conditions of war, which were held as part of the project "Improving access to education and child protection services. who suffered due to the war in Zhytomyr and Chernihiv, Ukraine, "in four lyceums of the Chernihiv region, thanks to a leading organization for helping children FONDAZIONE TERRE DES HOMES ITALI ​with support TERRE DES HOMES NETHERLANDS , and in partnership with the NGO "Association for Democratic Development" ​
  At these events, together with experts and psychologists, participants with the help of sand and art therapy studied the key aspects of providing support to children experiencing difficulties due to military aggression by the Russian Federation.
  The trainings brought together teachers and parents to learn effective methods of support, to recognize the symptoms of stress and trauma in children.
  Such measures remind us how important it is to take steps to improve the psychological health of our children and support them during the war!
