Training on psychological first aid for children was held in the Tupichev community.
Almost 20 participants of the training, including IDPs, mastered the skills of psychological first aid to children of all ages in crisis situations, as well as the search for an internal resource for psychological stability in war conditions. It was also about special methods of psychological support for children - like game, art and fairy tale therapy, breathing exercises.
The participant of the event was the local girl Olya, who came to the training with her mother. For the girl, art therapy and therapeutic tales were especially interesting.
The event was held within the framework of the project "Strengthening the psychological stability of residents of communities of the Chernihiv region," embodied by the NGO "Association for Democratic Development" in cooperation with the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Chernihiv region. Crisis psychologists Ekaterina Savelyeva and Anna Chalova shared their professional experience.
