Dear residents of Kulykivska hromada!
In cooperation with an international organization ZOA in Ukraine we begin the implementation of the Program of agricultural support for vulnerable households, funded by the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine (HFC/UHF).
Only those households that meet at least two of the following vulnerability criteria are invited to participate in the Program:
Households from among internally displaced persons (IDP status after 01.01.2024), actually permanently living in a new place.
* Member (s) of the household have the status of a person with a disability.
* A member (s) of the household has a severe chronic disease/illness that requires constant, high-value medical treatment and significantly affects the household's ability to maintain livelihoods (e.g. cancer, kidney failure, etc.), which can be confirmed by a certificate from a doctor.
A household consisting exclusively of the elderly (60 +), without children and without relatives who provide support or assistance.
The household has the status of a large family.
A household where the mother/father has the status of a single mother/single father living without a partner.
Household in which the main breadwinner lost income due to the consequences of military conflict
A household headed by a woman, without men of working age. (Households in which men are temporarily absent but work and earn income are not counted.)
The family has low-income status, which can be confirmed by a certificate.
The household has suffered damage or loss of agricultural assets/animals or premises due to conflict, and has not yet recovered, or lost livestock/agricultural equipment due to displacement.
Please note: households with two or more persons with disabilities and/or chronic diseases can apply for participation in the project even if there is only one criterion of vulnerability.

If there is no technical possibility to fill out an electronic form, please contact the social protection sector of the Kulikovo community or the village headman.
!!! Filling out an application does not mean 100% confirmation of assistance. Applications are accepted until July 10, 2025, provided that funding is not exhausted.
The program is a component of the Comprehensive Support in Housing, Livelihoods, Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) and Group Money Transfers (GCT) Project for conflict-affected populations in northern and southern Ukraine. Vulnerable households of the Kulykivska hromada can receive agricultural support, assistance to restore housing damaged as a result of shelling, housing repairs for newly arrived IDPs, as well as multi-purpose cash assistance - provided that the criteria for each type of support meet and if there is documentary evidence of vulnerability.
