What economic risks for women are relevant for Chernihiv?

What economic risks for women are relevant for Chernihiv? How to respond to these challenges and weaken them? Such issues were considered by representatives of the Coalition "Chernihiv 1325" during the next meeting.

At the center of the discussion was the study "Analysis of Economic Security Risks for Women," performed this year by the Information and Advisory Women's Center in 14 regions of Ukraine. According to the participants and participants of the meeting, although the study was not conducted in the Chernihiv region, its conclusions are relevant for the region.

After all, the economic capacity of women in the current conditions directly depends on security issues. The safer the conditions in kindergartens and schools are, the more women will be able to work. It is also important to introduce "municipal nanny" services in communities.

The coalition "Chernihiv 1325" decided to send a letter of appeal to local authorities in communities, so that when developing budgets for the next year they take into account the recommendations of the study.

Also during the meeting, Inna Chistenko, adviser to the head of the OVA on mental health, presented the mental health program "How are you?." In addition, she shared tips on stress resistance and counteracting professional burnout.

The coalition "Chernihiv 1325" was formed to consolidate joint actions to localize in the Chernihiv region the UN Security Council Resolution 1325 "Women, Peace, Security" and the National Action Plan for its implementation with the support of the ICF "Ukrainian Women's Fund" Ukrainian Women's Fund/Ukrainian Women's Fund and the assistance of the Office of the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy. Today, the Coalition consists of 17 public organizations, institutions and authorities. .  .
