What is the vision of the security situation in the Kulikiv community for the next 5 years? The answer to this question was determined in the process of the strategic session in the community.
The strategic session on the development of the current Action Plan, taking into account the Report on the results of the security audit, took place in the Kulikiv community. Representatives and representatives of the working group consisting of local self-government, police, State Emergency Service, and local activists joined its implementation.
After all, the Kulikiv community of Chernihiv region is a participant in the project "Detection, prevention and response to security challenges in territorial communities of Chernihiv region", which is implemented by the NGO "Association of Democratic Development", and it is a component of the "Impulse" project, which is implemented by the International Renaissance Foundation and IBO "Eastern Europe Foundation".
During the strathsession, participants
- they discussed the purpose of the Action Plan, the principles of its implementation and the values on which the community's security policy will be based;
- identified interested parties, their interests, roles, resources and opportunities for involvement in the implementation of the Action Plan;
- the problems identified as a result of the preliminary analysis of the security audit were worked out;
- the relevance of the problems, the reasons for their occurrence and the priority of the response were clarified. In addition, the strategic session made it possible to formulate goals in accordance with the vision, mission and priorities of community security.
They also determined the list of measures to solve priority problems, their possible sequence and terms of implementation for the next five years. It was also about the results of the implemented measures, indicators for evaluating their implementation. And — consolidation of responsible performers, co-performers and partners. Among other things, the strathsession made it possible to determine potential sources of funding and resource needs.
