"Women, peace, security" - a traveling exhibition of paintings dedicated to the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 was held in the Kiptiv community. A NGO works in this community КІПТІВСЬКА ЖІНОЧА СПІЛКА, which is part of the Chernihiv Oblast 1325 Coalition.

1325 October 2025 marked the 25th anniversary of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 Women, Peace, Security —, a key document highlighting the role of women in peace building, conflict prevention and rebuilding societies. This topic has acquired special importance for Ukraine, which continues to resist Russian aggression and at the same time is actively working on the restoration of the state.

Dedicated to Resolution 1325 and its sister resolutions, the presented paintings were created by distinguished ambassadors, representatives and representatives of state authorities, local self-government, international and public organizations, veterans affected by the SNPC, members of military families —, those who work in the field of implementation of the agenda "Women, peace, security".

After the presentation, the paintings were exhibited for more than a month in the premises of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, drawing attention to the importance of the "Women, Peace, Security" agenda, the development and signing of the new National Action Plan 1325.

The exhibition presents fifteen paintings that symbolically reproduce the role of women in modern Ukraine – from support of the military and participation in the Armed Forces to the processes of post-war recovery. Such projects are important because they allow you to talk about complex documents in simple language. According to the materials of the NGO "Kiptiv Women's Union"
