Women's organizations are a superpower for change! It is difficult to disagree with this, because in many regions of Ukraine it is women's non-governmental organizations that promote the issue of equal opportunities for women and men, advocate for problematic issues and implement changes that effectively affect local development during the war.
The development of the women's movement in Ukraine was discussed by the participants and participants of the final conference of the project "Women of Ukraine: Involved, Capable, Invincible," organized by the Pact. The event was also attended by Natalia Apanasko, manager of the Association for Democratic Development NGO.
During the final conference, both successful cases and achievements of the project were presented, as well as the needs and directions for strengthening the women's movement were outlined. It was also about networking, sharing experiences and building future partnerships for project organizations. "The conference brought together powerful leaders from different regions of Ukraine. During the discussions and informal communication, we had the opportunity to exchange experiences on the development of women's organizations, strengthening their capacity in the context of war and post-war reconstruction, "Natalia Apanasko shared her impressions. She is convinced that each of the project participants was inspired to develop, share experiences, cooperate for positive changes.
