The team of the NGO "Association of Democratic Development" took part in the introductory training for IOM partners.
The event was aimed at forming a better understanding of the principles of cooperation with the International Organization for Migration and strengthening the capacity of partner organizations in the implementation of humanitarian and social initiatives. The training also provided an opportunity to communicate with other partners and exchange experience, successful practices and cases. "This meeting – is about increasing the level of knowledge of partners, new skills and, of course, establishing partnerships, communication. Together with other IOM partner organizations, we discussed requests from people who are often the same for different communities of Chernihiv Oblast", said Olena Antonenko, project coordinator at the NGO "Association of Democratic Development".
The project component "Psychosocial support of vulnerable population groups in communities of Chernihiv region" is implemented by the NGO "Association of Democratic Development" in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration IOM Ukraine and with funding from the German Government by the Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) through the German Development Bank KfW.
