Overcoming anxiety and unity in a difficult time: the results of training on art therapy in the Kyiv community

Although a full-scale war continues to negatively affect the psychological state, the art therapy classes have given girls and women from the Kyiv community valuable knowledge and skills that will help them reduce the level of tension and anxiety.

The lesson with psychologist Elena Antonenko, which took place on April 12, not only taught practical methods of overcoming stress and restoring resources, but also created an atmosphere of support, unity and faith in one's own strength.

The girls got acquainted with various methods of art therapy: drawing, modeling from plasticine and others. They learned to use creativity to express their emotions and feelings. Discovered new ways of self-regulation and stress relief.

It is important to remember that art therapy is just one of the tools of psychological help. If a person is experiencing emotional difficulties, do not hesitate to seek qualified help from psychologists, psychotherapists or other mental health professionals.

Don't be afraid to ask for help!
